Ingredients (Potato Leek Soup)
- 2 fresh leeks (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 6 cups chicken stock (broth)
- Steam quartered potatoes 20min
- Saute the leeks and garlic in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine chicken stock (6 cups) / Steamed Potatoes / sauteed leaks
- Purree in blender
- Adjust the seasoning (salt & pepper) and enjoy some potato leek soup!
