Egg Souffle

A simple dish with practically no prep.  This dish is one of my favorites because it versatile, high in protein, and can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.   Egg Souffle is also great as a leftover snack.  It’s easy to grab and eat when you’re in a hurry.

Egg Souffle ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons half-and-half
  • 3 Tablespoons Chives
  •   grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated Cheese   (Gouda, Parmesan, cheddar, use what you like)

 Directions

  • Preheat oven 350F
  • Break eggs into work bowl  (season with salt pepper)
  • Mix in Chives and Cheese
  • Pour mixture into oven-safe pan
  • bake 45 min (brown on top)
