Amanda’s Paleo Pulled Pork Recipe

Paleo pulled pork

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • Fresh squeezed juice from 1 lime
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or granules
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano

Paleo pulled pork  Approx 2.5lb pork shoulder roast

Mix all ingredients in crock pot and coat roast with the mixture.  Cook on low heat for about 8 hours.  Can be served on a toasted bun, or with rice or potatoes.
