at the University of Utah, and has 3 NASM certifications. She specializes in
posture corrections and back/neck pain relief through myofascial release
and core training techniques. With 10 years of training experience, her
passion is helping people achieve their weight loss and healthy lifestyle
goals through nutrition, strength, and cardio coaching. Outside of the gym,
Amanda enjoys seasonal micro brews, and outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and mountain biking with her rottweiler.
